At Danish Blue Adult Centres, we prioritize your satisfaction and hygiene; therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy on most items, provided they remain in their original, factory-sealed packaging. Due to the intimate nature of our products, items that have been opened or used cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is unopened, unused, and still in its original shrink-wrapped packaging to qualify for a return.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return address.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the product in a plain, discreet shipping box and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send the package back using a trackable shipping service; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
